Websites need to be dynamic. This means that what the viewer sees when they visit your site needs to change from time to time, particularly on the Homepage. Many viewers will assume that if the homepage is the same as it was during their last visit, that the entire website is the same and they may not bother looking for that new offering you have.

Our support staff is ready to serve you during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. Calls received outside of these hours are usually returned the following day.

All of our website design proposals include six months of reasonable maintenance support. By this we mean that we stand behind our work 100 percent and will, within reason, do whatever is necessary to ensure that our work complies with the requirements as set forth in the original agreement providing no third party has modified or attempted to modify our work. Additional requested work that is not within the scope of the original project requirements as bid, may incur additional fees at our customary hourly rate. Once your initial six-month free maintenance period has expired, we will be happy to provide you with continuing support for as long as you desire. Currently we offer two continuing website maintenance options:

  • Hourly - billed at $85 per hour in one-half hour increments (per incident)
  • Monthly - billed at a flat monthly rate (unlimited - most preferred)

Like many website design firms that offer website hosting services, we are a reseller of these services. We act as your administrator and liaison with our website hosting provider. We speak their language and know what questions to ask if and when you should experience a problem with your website hosting. Our web hosting provider is one of the largest and most reputable in the world. They are located in the USA and they speak and comprehend the English language, unlike many of the “low-ball” advertised providers of similar services.
